Accounting Interfaces
Are you currently using an accounting system to manage your company’s financials? Continue using your accounting software in conjunction with Datapax. Rather than limiting our users to a built-in accounting system, the Datapax system integrates with most major accounting packagers. Invoices for inventory received in Datapax are transferred to Accounts Payable and distributed to multiple expense accounts. All transactions in the Datapax Accounts Receivable function are imported by the accounting system’s general ledger. Call one of our representatives for more details.

Datapax Nutrition Analysis
This module is based on standard food labeling requirements for both the USA and Canada
- Nutritional Values
Database for common ingredients is supplied
- Data files on all
nutrition values are simple to create and to
maintain.
- User may create their
own data to suit specialized production needs
- Recommended Daily
Allowances (RDA) may be updated by the user
- Nutrition computation is
computed from the recipe(s) and product
weight
- At the user’s option,
nutritional results are corrected for pH, heat
in preparation, and freezing
- Label information is
presented in the units as required by the FDA
regulations.
- Ingredients are listed
in descending order by weight.
- Allergens are reported as needed
